You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, upload, or display through our services. You give us the permissions needed to process that content to provide the service, including upload handling, image generation, storage, moderation, QA review, and support.

Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. SKUProof is intended for lawful ecommerce product image workflows. You may not use the service to create, upload, process, or distribute sexually explicit or NSFW content, sexualized minors, hate or extremist content, graphic violence or gore, unsafe weapon misuse, illegal drug content, deepfake or face-swap impersonation, celebrity likeness misuse, copyright or brand misuse, marketplace policy evasion, or misleading product claims.

Prompts are moderated before generation, uploaded source and reference images are moderated before model invocation, and generated outputs are moderated before ordinary-user display or download. Unsafe content may be blocked or hidden. AI-generated images are candidates and require your review; SKUProof does not provide Amazon approval, marketplace approval, legal advice, or guaranteed compliance.

Blocked generated outputs do not automatically create a refund promise. Credit handling for post-generation moderation blocks may require support or manual review until a formal refund policy is published.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Violate the Acceptable Use Policy or try to bypass content moderation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
