Safety rules for using SKUProof image generation and review features
2026/05/12
SKUProof helps ecommerce teams create and review product image candidates. This policy explains the content boundaries for prompts, uploaded source or reference images, and generated outputs.
This page is not legal advice. It is a product safety policy that may be updated as the service, providers, or marketplace requirements change.
Use SKUProof for lawful ecommerce product image workflows, including product-photo inputs, marketplace media planning, candidate image generation, QA review, and export preparation.
AI-generated outputs are candidates. They are not Amazon-approved, marketplace-approved, legal advice, or guaranteed compliance. You are responsible for reviewing generated files and confirming that product claims, dimensions, package contents, accessories, and comparison statements are accurate before marketplace use.
Do not use SKUProof to create, upload, process, or distribute:
Prompts are moderated before generation. Uploaded source and reference images are moderated before they are sent to an image model. Generated outputs are moderated before ordinary-user display or download.
If content is unsafe or cannot be safely checked, SKUProof may block generation, hide generated outputs, limit downloads, or suspend access. User-facing messages may be high level to avoid exposing provider thresholds, raw moderation responses, or policy details that could be used to bypass safety systems.
Blocked generated outputs do not automatically create a refund promise. Credit handling for post-generation moderation blocks may require support or manual review until a formal refund policy is published.
If you believe content was blocked incorrectly, or if you find unsafe content that should not be visible, please contact us.
