Changelog

Follow the paid beta progress across generation credits, candidate review, and marketplace QA.

Subscription credits and billing polish

v0.1.3

Monthly SKUProof subscription credits, billing visibility, and plan-aware upgrade prompts

2026/05/13

Subscription plans

SKUProof's paid beta now uses monthly generation-credit subscriptions:

  • Starter Subscription: $9.90/month with 100 generation credits.
  • Creator Subscription: $29.90/month with 350 generation credits.
  • Studio Subscription: $59.90/month with 750 generation credits.
  • Credit rollover: unused subscription credits can roll over for up to 2 months.

Billing clarity

  • Settings now shows the current subscription level or current paid level.
  • Payment history distinguishes subscription and top-up payments.
  • The sidebar upgrade prompt now respects the user's current plan.
  • Studio users no longer see an upgrade prompt for a higher tier.

Launch note

Subscription checkout, webhook fulfillment, customer portal behavior, and ledger expiration still need Preview/Staging smoke evidence before final Production launch approval.

Generation credits and candidate review

v0.1.2

Credit charging, direct downloads, and a clearer review surface for generated product images

2026/05/11

Generation credits

  • Generation now checks available credits before provider work starts.
  • Credits are pre-deducted for submitted generation attempts.
  • Failed eligible generation paths refund credits through the credit ledger.
  • Transaction history can trace generation usage and refunds back to a job.

Candidate review

  • Results focus on the generated candidates for the currently automated slots.
  • Ready candidates can be downloaded directly from the project page.
  • Failed candidates show the persisted safe failure reason instead of generic copy.
  • QA details clarify that generated images are candidates, not marketplace approval.

Current automation boundary

SKUProof still automates the current real slots only: white main image and premium studio image. The full 9-slot media pack remains a planning model with honest planned, source-required, and seller-input-required states.

Amazon-first media pack beta

v0.1.0

The first SKUProof beta workflow for source photos, planned listing slots, and QA signals

2026/05/08

Product workflow

  • Upload source photos for one SKU.
  • Confirm detected packaging or label text before generation.
  • Choose the Amazon-first listing media pack workflow.
  • Generate current real image candidates for white main and premium studio slots.

Listing media planning

  • The product shows a 9-slot media pack as SKUProof's planning model.
  • Unimplemented slots are shown honestly as planned, source-required, or seller-input-required.
  • The interface avoids claiming that all 9 slots are generated or that Amazon requires exactly 9 images.

QA posture

  • Generated outputs are candidates that need seller review.
  • The product surfaces logo, label, shape, color, and compliance-oriented QA signals.
  • White-main output is treated as a marketplace main-image candidate, not guaranteed Amazon approval.
